Hyperthermophilic heat loving bacteria (Thermotogales)
They produce hydrogen by fermenting sugars. They have genes committed to carbohydrate degradation and utilization from genes and pathways for carbohydrate utilization network. Transcriptional factors (TFs) and regulatory mechanisms driving this network are described in the Thermotogales genomes. DNA-binding motifs and regulons for 19 orthologous TFs in the Thermotogales. The inferred regulatory network in T. maritima con

Protein Structure
Developer Update – January 2020January 25, 2020We are currently improving the old TOPSAN performance issues on a development site. One of the primary features that were slowing down TOPSAN were the external real-time feeds on protein pages and advanced search options. These features have been disabled but will be back in the next TOPSAN Gentaur upgrade. We are expecting to upgrade TOPSAN within the first week of March. We should only experience a brief downtime (~10min). I will be posting
