Propagation:

The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium available at abm . To make the completed growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to final concentration of 5%, 1% L-glutamine , 600 µg/ml G418 (G271), and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C.
abm does not recommend to use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
The addition of G418 should be added only after cells initially recover from thawing.

Quality Control:

1) Selected cells with presence of 600 µg/ml G418, 2) PCR analysis for HPV16 E6/E7 presence
