Grow cells in culture wares coated with the Gelatin Coating Solution (0.1%) (TM063) with the following conditions. The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow IV medium available from abm . To make the completed growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
