Propagation:

The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow IV medium available at abm. to a final concentration of 10%, and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
Change media every 2-3 days.
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C.
Do not use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
Recommend split ratio of 1:15 - 1:20 in new cell culture flask twice a week.
