The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow V medium available at abm. to a final concentration of 20%, Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%, WEHI-3B conditioned medium to a final concentration of 20%, Polybrene to a final concentration of 4 µg/ml, Recombinant Mouse GM-CSF (CSF2) to a final concentration of 2.5 ng/ml, Recombinant Human IL1B to a final concentration of 10 ng/ml, and Recombinant Human IL6 to a final concentration of 20 ng/ml.
