Description
Generated from human fibroblasts, Integration-free Wt1 iPSC is a clonal hiPSC line resulting from Sendai-virus based reprogramming. They have been validated to have a normal karyotype, lack any viral transgenes, show hESC-like expression profile, and display full differentiation competence into derivatives of the three germ layers. This cell line, originally created for use in human cardiac disease research, is suitable for disease modelling.

Use of Geltrex Matrix (Gibco) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Grow cells in Geltrex Matrix-coated culture vessels with the following conditions.
The base medium for this cell line is hPSC medium (Gibco). To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum * to a final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
Carbon dioxide (CO2): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C.
* Do not use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
