Description
abm | JWA Stable Knockout Human MHCC97L Cell Line | T9504
JWA Stable Knockout Human MHCC97L Cell Line is established via CRISPR/Cas9 mediated frameshift mutation of the JWA gene (NM_006407) using the following guide RNA sequence: AGAGCAGGTTGCTCACTACG. JWA gene is associated with cytoskeleton and has been reported to regulate intracellular concentrations of taurine and glutamate. As such, this cell line may be useful to study membrane trafficking. This cell line is sequenced verified to be biallelic knockout.
