Opti-Protein Precision Marker is a mixture of 9 orange-, pink- and blue-stained proteins for use as size standards in protein electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Western Blotting. The use of this protein marker provides a simple method to monitor protein separation during electrophoresis, estimate molecular weight of the protein of interest, and evaluate western blot transfer efficiency. This protein marker is supplied in a ready-to-use format, eliminating the need to reduce, pre-mix, or add loading dyes.

Suggested load:

Mix gently by pipetting up and down a few time, then directly load 5 μl into well of gel.
