Description
abm | Recombinant Human IGFBP7 | Z102035
IBP-7 is a secreted glycoprotein which mediates skeletal myogenesis by binding to IGF and inhibiting its ability to induce skeletal myoblast differentiation while maintaining a constant growth of myoblasts. It has been shown that IBP-7 suppresses growth of cancer cell lines through an IGF independent pathway.

IBP-7, IGF-binding protein 7, IGFBP-7, IGFBP-rP1, MAC25 protein, PGI2-stimulating factor, Prostacyclin-stimulating factor, Tumor-derived adhesion factor, TAF, Angiomodulin, AGM
