Description
abm | Recombinant Human IL37 (IL1F7) | Z102089
Member of the IL-1 family, IL-37 functions to curb excessive inflammation. In partnership with SMAD3, IL-37 suppresses, or reduces, proinflammatory cytokine production, including IL1A and IL6, as well as CCL12, CSF1, CSF2, CXCL13, IL1B, IL23A and IL1RN, but spares anti-inflammatory cytokines. Out of the five isoforms for IL-37 (a-e), this product represents isoform B that is expressed in testis, colon, placenta, lung and lymph node similar to isoform A and C but is the only one found in kidneys.
