RNase A is pancreatic bovine endoribonuclease that cleaves single stranded RNA by hydrolysis at cytosine and uracil residues. RNase A is very useful for the removal of RNA from plasmid DNA preparations.

A stock solution is recommended to be prepared in water at 10 mg/ml. Final usage concentration should be determined by end user based on specific application and usage.
