Description
abm | Stable CYP24A1 Expressing LS180 Cell Line | T6112
Human Caucasian colon adenocarcinoma cell line LS 180 was transfected with reporter plasmid CYP24_minP-pNL2.1[Nluc/Hygro] to generate Stable CYP24A1 Expressing LS180 Cell Line. Stable CYP24A1 Expressing LS180 Cell Line contains much of the CYP24A1 promoter and therefore, can be used for study of transcriptional regulation of CYP24A1. This cell line allows for measurement of Vitamin D receptor transcriptional activity. This cell line can be used to profile VDR transcriptional activity in response to analogues of vitamin D, and intermediates in vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 metabolic pathways.
