Description
abm | Stable HEK293 Expressing Rpn11-HTBH Cell Line | T6007
Stable HEK293 Expressing Rpn11-HTBH Cell Line was generated through infecting HEK293 cells with retrovirus carrying the pQCXIP-hRpn11-HTBH. Human Rpn11, or the 26S proteasome regulatory subunit rpn11, is the essential deubiquitinase (DUB) of the 26S proteasome which is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. HTBH-tag on the C-terminus of the non-ATPase subunit of the human Rpn11 allows for the effective and rapid isolation and purification of the human 26S proteasome complex.
