Description

abm | DDR2 Stable Ba-F3 Cell Line | T3123

Fusing a kinase domain to a homodimerization domain such as the PNT domain of ETV6 can result in activated kinase. The DDR2 Stable Ba/F3 Cell Line expresses activated DDR2 tyrosine kinase that is linked to a GFP reporter (GFP-ETV6-DDR2 in MSCV-puro). Even though this cell line expresses activated tyrosine, it is non-transforming, meaning that the cells still require IL-3 to grow.
