Description
Human iPSCs are derived from reprogrammed human fibroblasts. The iPSCs are characterized for the presence of OCT4, Nanog, and SOX2, in which they retain these characteristics even in high passages. The cells are suitable for iPS cell research and may be used to derive cell lines for use.
