The base medium for this cell line is Leibovitz's L-15 Medium. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%, Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%, L-glutamine to a final concentration of 2 mM, HEPES to a final concentration of 10 mM, and NaCl to a final concentration of 0.16%.
