The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow I medium available at abm. to a final concentration of 10%, Gentamicin to a final concentration of 10 μg/mL, and Amphotericin B (Fungizone) to a final concentration of 0.25 μg/mL. This cell line needs to be cultured flasks coated with Gelatin Coating Solution (0.1%) .
