Use of Gelatin Coating Solution (0.1%) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Grow cells in gelatin-coated culture vessels with the following conditions.
The base medium for this cell line is L15 medium (Gibco). To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 5%, Temperature: 20.0°C.
Do not use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
