Description
abm | ADRM1 Stable Knockout HCT116 (Clone B11) Cell Line | T6162
ADRM1 or Adhesion regulating molecule 1, is a component of the proteosome and ubiquitin receptor that recruits the deubiquitinating enzyme, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase L5. Known to undergo O-linked glycosylation, the dysregulation of ADRM1 has been implicated in carcinogenesis making this protein a possible target for drug studies. ADRM1 stable knockout HCT116 (Clone B11) cell line was generated through CRISPR-Cas 9 directed knock exon 4 within the ADRM1 sequence. Exon 4 was replaced with a puromycin resistance cassette and pBluescriptII, allowing for the selection of successfully transformed cells via puromycin resistance.
