The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow IX Medium available from abm . To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium a final concentration: 100 ng/ml Recombinant Human Stem Cell Factor (Z100815), 10^-6 M Hydrocortisone (Sigma; H6909), 5 ng/ml Recombinant Human IL-3 (Z101295), 3 IU Recombinant Human Epo (Z101435), 10 mg/ml BSA (Sigma; A1933), 10 µg/ml Recombinant Human Insulin (Z101065), 200 µg/ml Human Holo Transferrin (G599), 900 ng/ ml Ferrous Sulfate (Sigma; 1270355), 90 ng/ml Ferric Nitrate (Sigma; F8508), and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
