Toll-like receptor 4 is a signal transducer that is known to play a roll in activating immune responses during microbial invasions as it implicates cellular responses to lipopolysaccharides. To establish the TLR2 & CD14 Stable Expressing CHO Cell Line (3E10 TLR2), CHO/CD14 reporter cells were stably transfected with the human cDNA for TLR2 in the pFLAG-CMV-1 vector.
