The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow IV medium available at abm . To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%, bovine pituitary extract (ThermoFisher; 13028014) to a final concentration of 20ug/ml, forskolin (StemCell Technologies; 72112) (2uM), and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
